Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to respond promptly to guest requests

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn down service as needed
