Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in housekeeping or customer service preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for long periods
  • good communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience a plus
  • ability to understand and follow instructions

  • attention to detail and a strong focus on cleanliness
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms as assigned including but not limited to making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
  • change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
  • perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • dispose of trash and recyclables
  • respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • perform guest turn down service as needed
