Job Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and/or holidays as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle physical demands of housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or general cleaning experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and oral communication skills
- Ability to respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service as needed
