Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, floors, walls, and all surfaces using proper cleaning tools and agents
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all bedding meets cleanliness and presentation standards
- Replenish towels, amenities, and supplies according to hotel brand standards
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean mirrors and glass surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts and ensure readiness for daily operations
- Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and warmth
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management immediately
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security policies, including proper handling of chemicals and lost-and-found procedures
- Support team members as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience
