Job Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • hotel experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, floors, walls, and all surfaces using proper cleaning tools and agents
  • Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all bedding meets cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Replenish towels, amenities, and supplies according to hotel brand standards
  • Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean mirrors and glass surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts and ensure readiness for daily operations
  • Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and warmth
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management immediately
  • Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security policies, including proper handling of chemicals and lost-and-found procedures
  • Support team members as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience
