Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move heavy laundry loads
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- ability to operate commercial laundry equipment
- effective communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- previous cleaning experience
- basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- process hotel and guest laundry including pressing sorting and folding
- operate and maintain commercial laundry and pressing equipment
- program and log laundry operations accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area
- clean and maintain guest rooms as assigned
- communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction
- uphold Hyatt Place standards of cleanliness and guest service
