Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight (minimum 20 lbs)
- Ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong command of the English language
- Prior laundry experience required
- Prior cleaning experience required
- Customer service experience required preferably in hotel or related field

Job Duties
- Process hotel and guest laundry including pressing, sorting, and folding
- Operate commercial laundry and pressing equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms as assigned
- Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience
- Maintain logs and program operation of laundry machinery
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all duties
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs
