Job Requirements

- Must successfully complete on the job trainability testing if hired after 10/20/2017
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Willingness to follow safety and infection control protocols
- No prior certification or registration required
- Ability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent GED desired
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare environment preferred

Job Duties
- Perform all daily and terminal cleaning tasks to ensure patient and staff safety
- Promote good customer service by demonstrating EAMC core values in all interactions
- Clean assigned areas including patient rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
- Sanitize surfaces and maintain infection control standards
- Dispose of waste and replenish supplies as needed
- Assist in preparing rooms for new patients after discharge
- Report maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel
