Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 20 lbs
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- clean and supply all assigned guest rooms and guest areas according to department standards
- ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
- communicate professionally and effectively with guests
- manage time efficiently to complete tasks
- report maintenance issues and lost items to management
- handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- work collaboratively with housekeeping team members
