Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
- Must be able to work AM or PM shifts, holidays and weekends
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and prepared to Hyatt standards
- Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and inquiries
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines while performing cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall guest satisfaction
