Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards
- change sheets, make beds and vacuum in both stay-over and check out guest rooms
- dust entire guest room including tables, nightstands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air conditioning units, and window ledges in all rooms
- clean all mirrors
- notify guest services when service is complete so rooms may be sold
- report any room unable to be serviced within appropriate time standards to the supervisor
- report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the supervisor
- respond to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely and efficient manner
- maintain linen cart and supplies neat and organized to department standards
- maintain the security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day
- report lost and found articles to the supervisor
- replace light bulbs
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, and linens
- clean rooms in accordance to specific brand and company minutes per room standard
- follow procedures for team cleaning and self-inspecting program
- respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and report complaints or requests to appropriate departments
- keep maid station clean and organized, and make rollaway beds
- provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
- follow company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
