Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Reading and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Basic physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks

- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing the proper uniform and name tag per brand standards
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
- Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to conduct deep cleaning
