Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina and capability to perform strenuous tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills and guest-focused attitude
  • Must be able to manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience an advantage
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks involving bending, lifting, and standing
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn-down service as needed
