Job Requirements
- Ability to work evening and PM shifts
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to follow hotel policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to interact politely and professionally with guests
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and move heavy supplies
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work evening and varied shifts
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
