Job Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and PM shifts
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to follow hotel policies and procedures
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to interact politely and professionally with guests
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an asset
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and move heavy supplies
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work evening and varied shifts

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turndown service as needed
