Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or equivalent training required
- Ability to understand and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude when interacting
- Clean guest rooms according to established standards within assigned time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- dust furniture, walls or equipment
- Notify managers of repair needs in guest rooms
- Process lost and found items according to hotel policy
- Practice safe work habits using protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform housekeeping and lobby attendant tasks during staff shortages or busy periods
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve overall and departmental guest satisfaction
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
