Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- clean guest rooms according to established standards within assigned timeframes by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- change bed linens and replenish towels and amenities
- clean and polish furniture and fixtures including dusting furniture, walls, or equipment
- report repair needs in guest rooms to management
- process forgotten guest items according to lost and found policies
- practice safe work habits including use of protective equipment and adherence to MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform housekeeping and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or peak times
- focus on guest satisfaction scores and work to improve overall guest and departmental satisfaction
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as requested by management
