  • high school diploma preferred
  • prior cleaning experience or equivalent training required
  • ability to understand and communicate in english

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • clean guest rooms according to established standards within assigned timeframes by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
  • change bed linens and replenish towels and amenities
  • clean and polish furniture and fixtures including dusting furniture, walls, or equipment
  • report repair needs in guest rooms to management
  • process forgotten guest items according to lost and found policies
  • practice safe work habits including use of protective equipment and adherence to MSDS and OSHA standards
  • perform housekeeping and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or peak times
  • focus on guest satisfaction scores and work to improve overall guest and departmental satisfaction
  • ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • perform other duties as requested by management
