Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Clean guest rooms according to established standards within assigned time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Change bedding and replace towels and other amenities
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Dust furniture, walls or equipment
- Notify managers of the need for repairs in guest rooms
- Process forgotten guest items according to lost and found policy
- Practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform housekeeping and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or busy periods
- Focus on improving guest satisfaction scores and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
