Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- clean guest rooms according to standards within assigned timeframes by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
- clean and polish furniture and fixtures, remove dust from furniture, walls, or equipment
- notify managers about needed repairs in guest rooms
- process guest forgotten items according to lost and found policy
- practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform housekeeping and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or peak periods
- focus on increasing overall guest satisfaction
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
