  • prior experience in cleaning or equivalent training required
  • ability to understand and communicate in English

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • clean guest rooms according to standards within assigned timeframes by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
  • change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
  • clean and polish furniture and fixtures, remove dust from furniture, walls, or equipment
  • notify managers about needed repairs in guest rooms
  • process guest forgotten items according to lost and found policy
  • practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
  • perform housekeeping and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or peak periods
  • focus on increasing overall guest satisfaction
  • perform other tasks as assigned by management
