Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly salutation
- clean guest rooms according to standards within assigned time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities
- clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- dust furniture, walls, or equipment
- notify managers of repair needs in guest rooms
- process guest lost items according to lost and found policy
- practice safe work habits using protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform cleaning and lobby attendant tasks during staff shortages or busy periods
- focus on increasing guest and departmental satisfaction scores
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
