Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cleaning experience or equivalent training required
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly manner
  • Clean guest rooms according to standards within the assigned time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
  • Change linens and replace towels and other amenities
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Dust furniture, walls, or equipment
  • Notify managers of repair needs in guest rooms
  • Process guest lost and found items according to company policy
  • Practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
  • Perform housekeeping and lobby attendant tasks during staff shortages or busy periods
  • Focus on guest satisfaction scores to enhance overall and departmental guest satisfaction
  • Ensure general guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
