Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience or equivalent training required
- Ability to understand and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly manner
- Clean guest rooms according to standards within the assigned time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Change linens and replace towels and other amenities
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Dust furniture, walls, or equipment
- Notify managers of repair needs in guest rooms
- Process guest lost and found items according to company policy
- Practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform housekeeping and lobby attendant tasks during staff shortages or busy periods
- Focus on guest satisfaction scores to enhance overall and departmental guest satisfaction
- Ensure general guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
