Job Requirements
- Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture
- work and communicate effectively with other team members
- complete a variety of housekeeping duties including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and decks
- regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds
- provide outstanding, informative, and friendly guest service
- maintain high attention to detail
- have a continuous improvement mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- commitment to quality and guest service
- familiarity with LEAN principles a plus
Job Duties
