Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Must comply with safety and sanitation policies
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience in luxury environment preferred
  • Knowledge of housekeeping required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Sense of initiative to surprise and delight guests
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Guide guests and answer questions as needed
  • Clean all assigned guestrooms including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, and replenishing rooms with supplies
  • Participate in deep cleaning projects
  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Communicate all changes, discrepancies, late check-outs and do not disturb signs to the office team in a timely manner
  • Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times
