Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during special events
  • Must be able to follow strict procedures and attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina and strength
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely

Job Qualifications

  • Housekeeping experience desirable
  • Neat, pleasant personality
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
  • Ability to move and position self to reach corners on floors and high places
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters
  • Ability to lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs

Job Duties

  • Daily changing of soiled linens on beds and remaking beds following the property standards
  • Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, furnishing, hallways, and restrooms
  • Keep the work cart, storage closets, and other work areas orderly and properly stocked at all times
  • Proper utilization and care of equipment, devices, supplies and guest amenities
  • Strict follow through on lost and found procedures
  • Project genuine and sincere positivity daily
  • Be available to work scheduled shifts including weekends and special event days
