- High school diploma preferred
- previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training
- able to understand and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon interaction
- clean guest rooms by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming within allotted time frame
- change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
- clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- dust furniture, walls or equipment
- notify managers of needed repairs in guest rooms
- process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy
- practice safe work habits by wearing protective safety equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform house person and lobby attendant duties during peak periods or when short staffed
- work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as requested by management
