Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping and customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms regularly
- Able to walk frequently
- Able to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell frequently
- Able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- U.S. work authorization required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm friendly greeting
- Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures
- Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day
- Clean guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas
- Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
- Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible
- May perform similar duties as requested by team leader
