Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of two years housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime when needed
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and productivity expectations
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues
- Must be personable and professional, capable of using caution and discretion in communication
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
- No driving responsibilities required

Job Duties
- Conduct cleaning of all guestrooms, make beds, and provide clean terry and robes
- Clean, dust, sanitize, collect garbage and replenish all collaterals, supplies, amenities and coffee pods and condiments
- Respect all guest requests and preferences while adhering to enterprise policies and applicable laws
- Find solutions to guest complaints and offer assistance to resolve problems
- Report maintenance issues to the Office Coordinator or Supervisor
- Conduct constant inspections of the hotel guestrooms daily to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies by following OSHA rules and complete training for chemical usage
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and used according to health and safety guidelines
- Proactively motivate employees to collaborate, learn, perform and develop their skills
- Work with a diverse team by leading by example, empowering, sharing knowledge and coaching
- Report all maintenance issues pertaining to guest rooms to the Office Coordinator
- Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operation
