Job Duties
- Replenish items in rooms for guest use including towels linens and amenities
- accommodate and anticipate guests needs and respond promptly and professionally
- thoroughly clean guest room and bathroom areas including vacuuming dusting changing bed linens and emptying trash cans
- report any maintenance needs or items left behind from guests to the appropriate department
- become familiar and knowledgeable with hotel safety and emergency procedures
- meet hotel and company standards of cleanliness
