Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience providing cleaning or housekeeping services preferred
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Flexibility with work days and hours including weekends
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and sanitation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated passion for providing excellent guest service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional cleaning service in guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of corridors and public areas
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper storage of housekeeping linens and supplies
  • Take initiative to resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate guest needs and hotel standards
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest service
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
