Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move housekeeping supplies and equipment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- must comply with Hilton’s grooming and appearance standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- experience working in guest-facing or customer service roles desired
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- perform guest turndown service as needed
