Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
- Willingness to comply with Hilton’s standards of cleanliness and guest service
- Reliable transportation or means to commute to work location
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service, as needed
