Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Availability to work morning shifts and weekends
  • Preferred previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
  • Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Capable of physical tasks including standing and lifting

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required
  • Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
  • Respond to special guest requests timely and efficiently
  • Perform guest turn down service when needed
