Job Requirements
- Schedule flexibility including mornings weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of housekeeping procedures
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work morning shifts weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and tasks
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
