Job Requirements

  • Schedule flexibility including mornings weekends and holidays
  • Basic understanding of housekeeping procedures
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work morning shifts weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and tasks

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turndown service as needed
