Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in room attendant or housekeeping roles
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Full availability to work rotating shifts
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping
- Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and dependability
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and flexible scheduling
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
