Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in housekeeping or room attendant role
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Availability to work rotating shifts and full availability throughout the week
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to meeting Hilton's standards of quality and guest service
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of room attendant, housekeeping and customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and safe handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service, as needed
