Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in housekeeping or room attendant role
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Availability to work rotating shifts and full availability throughout the week
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Commitment to meeting Hilton's standards of quality and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of room attendant, housekeeping and customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and safe handling procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn down service, as needed
