Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or related hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to adhere to hotel standards and protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar hospitality role advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean rooms and suites as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows and tracks
- Report rooms as clean and available
- Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance with hotel standards
- Strip dirty linens and towels and remove used amenities from rooms and suites
- Check maid cart for supplies and restock as needed
- Greet guests immediately with friendly and sincere acknowledgement
- Replenish linens and guest amenities
- Clean balconies if applicable
- Respond to special guest requests such as extra amenities or service time requests
