Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or related hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Willingness to adhere to hotel standards and protocols
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or similar hospitality role advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean rooms and suites as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows and tracks
  • Report rooms as clean and available
  • Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance with hotel standards
  • Strip dirty linens and towels and remove used amenities from rooms and suites
  • Check maid cart for supplies and restock as needed
  • Greet guests immediately with friendly and sincere acknowledgement
  • Replenish linens and guest amenities
  • Clean balconies if applicable
  • Respond to special guest requests such as extra amenities or service time requests
