Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Ability to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies
- Communicate effectively with guests and report any maintenance issues
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Work independently while meeting high performance standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in guest interactions
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as assigned
