Job Duties
- maintain clean and attractive guestrooms including making beds changing linens cleaning dusting polishing and vacuuming
- ensure windows are shining towels are folded correctly supplies are restocked closets are neat and clean with appropriate hangers
- organize housekeeping closet and cart area to ensure readiness
- assist coworkers by pitching in training new staff and participating in department events
- greet guests warmly and provide a friendly atmosphere
- adhere to hotel safety and security policies and report issues to management as needed
