Job Requirements
- Ability to speak clearly and distinctly both in person and on the telephone
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to stoop and reach
- ability to climb stairs
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to work flexible hours, days, overtime, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to maintain confidentiality
- identification badge and uniform required

- Experience in guest services or guest relations
- knowledge of daily hotel operations
- ability to communicate effectively both in person and on the telephone
- skill to work with guests who may be irate or upset

Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms
- change sheets daily and make beds
- clean bathrooms
- dust
- mop
- deliver extra towels, tissue, soap, etc. when requested
- provide turn down service if requested
- clean kitchen areas including all appliances and wash dishes
- empty trash
- note any problems in guest’s rooms in need of repair and report to Executive Housekeeper
- assist guests with information
- all other duties as assigned
