Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and instructions
- Must have open availability including holidays and weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving furniture
- Passing background check and substance abuse screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning services beneficial
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and instructions
- Understand and practice safety and emergency protocols
- Physical capability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including moving furniture
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Knows and follows established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guest rooms according to Auro Hotels or brand standards
- Assists colleagues when own workstation is completed
- Properly uses all cleaning fluids and supplies
- Properly places guest amenities, e.g., toilet paper, tissues, guest service directories and turndown amenities
- Perform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by management
- Knows and actively practices the hotels' emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines
- Sorts, counts, folds, marks, and carries linens
