Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- No prior experience necessary but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and instructions
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Keep guest rooms clean and inviting by performing housekeeping tasks
- Follow established room cleaning procedures to maintain quality standards
- Restock guest rooms with necessary items such as towels and toiletries
- Use and organize a cleaning supply cart efficiently while attending to multiple rooms
- Assist in maintaining dining area cleanliness and support other team members as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in guest rooms or public areas
