Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours
- ability to walk up and down stairs, stoop, kneel, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, push and pull 200 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

- willingness to follow hotel policies and safety guidelines
- ability to learn software and computer systems

Job Duties
- Provide a pleasant room experience to guests
- ensure all guest room areas meet hotel standards including cleanliness and repair
- replace and change items such as bed linen, pillows, towels, and bath care products
- sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and clean high touch point areas
- complete daily room assignments
- assist with reports, maintenance requests, logbooks, and lost and found
- regularly assist with deep cleaning projects
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive hotel information
- demonstrate brand standards and professional behaviors
- follow safety guidelines
- adhere to employee handbook policies including punctuality and professional demeanor
- engage with guests and associates professionally
- follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues
- assist with training new associates
- resolve guest and associate concerns promptly
- report issues and suggestions to management
- maintain communication with all hotel departments
- follow posted schedules to reduce overtime and missed meal breaks
