Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and exert mobility for up to 8 hours
- ability to lift 15 to 40 pounds regularly
- physically capable of walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching
- possess finger dexterity to operate office equipment related to housekeeping
- flexible availability to work shifts including holidays and weekends
- prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- team-oriented mindset
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- clean and organize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort
- ensure safety, sanitation, and replenishment of housekeeping linen, storage closets, and guest pantries
- take initiative to resolve service-related matters to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- communicate effectively with team members and management regarding room status and guest needs
- diligently handle cleaning agents and equipment following housekeeping protocols
- collaborate with housekeepers and front desk staff to ensure seamless operations
- report daily cleaning progress and issues to Housekeeping Supervisor
