Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time including weekdays weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties such as lifting bending and standing for long periods
- Willingness to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Basic English proficiency to communicate with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming and arranging guest belongings in occupied rooms
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs according to Brand Standards and Forbes Service Standards
- Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance with hotel standards
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Responsible for the cleanliness appearance organization and inventory of housekeeping carts and closets assigned
- Remove linen trash and if necessary in-room dining items from rooms and suites
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
- Other duties as assigned
