Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as lifting and bending
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills

- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming arranging guest belongings in occupied rooms
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs according to Brand Standards and Forbes Service Standards
- Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance with hotel standards
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness appearance organization and inventory of housekeeping carts and closets assigned
- Remove linen trash and in room dining items from rooms and suites
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
