Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and weekdays
- Willingness to comply with Hilton’s brand standards and service guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and guest service orientation
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and weekdays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle housekeeping equipment safely
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, and arranging guest's belongings in occupied rooms
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs according to Brand Standards and Forbes Service Standards
- Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance with hotel standards
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, appearance, organization, and inventory of housekeeping carts and closets assigned
- Remove linen, trash, and in-room dining items from rooms and suites
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service as needed
- Other duties as assigned
