Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory we provide comprehensive training
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- basic understanding of cleaning supplies and sanitation techniques
- excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds vacuuming dusting and cleaning bathrooms
- replenish amenities such as towels toiletries and coffee
- handle and clean laundry according to established procedures
- report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms
- maintain a high level of cleanliness in all public areas as assigned
- provide excellent customer service responding to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- follow all safety and security procedures
- adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
