Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and sanitation techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • May require working weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and coffee
  • Handle and clean laundry according to established procedures
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all public areas as assigned
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
