Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and sanitation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
- May require working weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and coffee
- Handle and clean laundry according to established procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all public areas as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
