Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods
excellent time management skills
reliability and punctuality
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
adherence to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
basic understanding of health and safety regulations
good communication skills
physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
willingness to follow instructions and company policies

Job Duties

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and polishing
ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
following instructions given by the Housekeeping Manager and Room Inspector
