Job Requirements
- High school education or GED
- Ability to relocate to Omaha NE 68102 before starting work
- Ability to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work varied schedule including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in housekeeping preferred but not required
- High school education or GED
- Strong leadership management organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven ability to work well with diverse personalities multitasking skills
Job Duties
- Reports to work for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform
- Collects and replaces soiled linens for laundering in accordance with OHM and brand standards
- Cleans bathrooms replenishes supplies and dusts furniture and equipment
- Maintains cleanliness of rugs carpets upholstered furniture and draperies
- Conducts floor cleaning turns mattresses polishes metalwork and refurnishes rooms
- Stocks cleaning cart and receives/stores linen supplies
- Washes windows door panels walls ceiling and woodwork
- Replaces light bulbs moves/arranges furniture and hangs draperies
- Delivers baby cribs and roll-away beds removes debris and cleans driveways/garage areas
- Empties/transports trash and waste adhering to safety regulations
- Greets guests warmly embraces O'Reach Green Team Guest Service Team Member Satisfaction Health and Wellness and Safety culture
- Performs other related duties as required
