Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience desirable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel protocols
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service

- Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters
- Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
- Work as a team to accomplish the goal of hotel cleanliness
- Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
- Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
- Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
- Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels following Green Program standards
- Practice safety standards and report hazards
- Respect guests' property
- Responsible care of equipment
- Report to work on time and follow proper room issuance standards
- Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers
- Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
